Latest Arsenal Injury News: Updates On Partey, Jesus And Elneny

There is growing confidence that Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey will return from injury to face Leicester City this weekend.

The Ghanaian international has missed the last two games against Manchester City and Aston Villa with a muscular injury but it is believed he could be back in training before Saturday’s trip to the King Power Stadium.

Gabriel Jesus is back on the grass as he continues his recovery from knee surgery. The Brazilian has been sidelined since December but he is now taking part in light training drills on his own.

A return at the beginning of March has been pencilled in, but the forward will need to get the all clear from the medical and sports science teams before being made available for first-team selection.

Mohamed Elneny is not expected to feature for the Gunners again this season, having undergone an operation on his knee back in late January. He has, though, been handed a new contract.
