Wilshere Tweets Again To Get Back At Critics

Jack Wilshere has taken to Twitter once again as several critics suggested the player had ‘brittle ankles’ after suffering yet another long term layoff due to an ankle injury he suffered during Arsenal’s recent Barclays Premier League defeat to Manchester United, according to the Daily Mail.

Arsenal finally got back to winning ways in their recent win against Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League, and that has given Arsene Wenger some breathing space before the next fixture. The Gunners face West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns on Saturday’s lunch time kickoff, and the home side will want to capitalise on Arsenal’s weak league form. The Baggies are just three points off the relegation zone, and will want to do better than they did against Chelsea in the defeat at Stamford Bridge.

Wilshere has always been quick to react to critics and has used the social media several times in the past. The midfielder has begun his rehabilitation program after a surgery that will see him out of action for three months. Wenger has predicted the midfielder to be back by March, and will now have to alter his starting eleven due to Wilshere’s absence. Santi Cazorla has been on the bench several times this season, and will now get an opportunity to show his consistency after a dry spell on the pitch. The Spaniard played in their recent European win against Borussia Dortmund.
