Progressive Carries
This is another stat that White SHOULD be superior to Timber, considering he was tasked with carrying the ball up and down the right flank as a fullback for Arsenal last campaign.
Again, though, Timber emerges as the winner in this area, having averaged 2.37 progressive carries per 90 in the Dutch top flight.
In contrast, White managed only 1.89 per 90, which is quite below the average figure for a fullback in general.
Considering White was converted into a fullback at the start of the season, it shows you the limitations of playing someone out of position.
