Arsenal are weighing up a move for Wolves’ Diogo Jota, according to reports in the English media. The Gunners are said to be looking for a wide forward in the summer and they have identified the Portuguese star as a potential option.
Despite the London club having a number of different players in wide areas already, supporters on Twitter think a bid for Jota would be a good idea:
Class player! Think hed fit in nicely. The only thing is I think people are underestimating wolves ability to hold onto key men! I think they will do their best to hold onto their players because they have money, a good squad and could get champions league football.

Love him, but we need to invest at the wing back/cb/cdm slots

Jota’s record this season has been pretty decent, with 15 goals in all competitions and at 23 years of age, he also has the potential to develop in the future as well.
He’s likely to cost a sizeable sum, though, with it being reported that his previous club Atletico Madrid included a significant sell-on clause, so it may be the case that the Portuguese international is only an option if either Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang or Alexandre Lacazette depart the Emirates at the end of the season.
