Cameroon international, Samuel Eto’o scored some decisive goals for Chelsea last season and he was no slouch as Blues boss Jose Mourinho described him to be. The London club have unsurprisingly not chosen to extend his contract and Eto’o is still deciding his next career move.

The 33-year-old still wants to play in the Champions League as he feels he can carry on at the top level for quite a few more years. He is also open to staying in the Premier League despite having offers from abroad, according to talkSPORT.

Arsenal are desperate to land a top quality striker this summer and might very well do so considering Arsene Wenger has the money to splash the cash. However, Eto’o can still be a useful squad player and he will be needed considering Arsenal’s history with injuries.
