AC Milan will try to sign Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi in the summer, according to reports in Italy.
The Rossoneri are looking for a player who has experience of Italian football and can strengthen their defensive line.
With former Gunners CEO Ivan Gazidis now at the San Siro, it appears a deal could be done. Fans on Twitter are mostly keen to see the 27-year-old leave the Emirates:
Please come and get him.

Gazidis needs a statue outside the Emirates for that alone.

The big question mark will be whether Milan can come up with the money. They may miss out on the Champions League as they are three points off fourth in the Serie A table with three games to go.
Without those additional funds, signing Mustafi could be difficult, especially if Arsenal are looking to get some sort of return on the £35m they paid Valencia for the player almost three years ago.
The centre-back is reportedly one of five players that manager Unai Emery is prepared to offload this summer.
