Partey And Trossard To Start, Jorginho Dropped: Arsenal’s Predicted XI To Take On Notts Forest

After last weekend’s shock defeat to Brighton, Arsenal now need a miracle to win the Premier League title.

The players still need to be professional and all they can do is to try and win against Nottingham Forest on Saturday evening and put the maximum pressure they can on Manchester City.

Aaron Ramsdale will start in goal at the City Ground and, despite conceding three versus Brighton, manager Mikel Arteta will likely stick with the same back four of Ben White, Jakub Kiwior, Gabriel and Kieran Tierney.

There could, potentially, be changes in midfield. Thomas Partey may replace Jorginho with Martin Odegaard and Granit Xhaka keeping their places.

Up front, it has been confirmed that Gabriel Martinelli will be sidelined for the rest of the season, so Leandro Trossard is expected to come into the starting lineup, with Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka making up the rest of the front three.

Arsenal’s Predicted XI To Face Nottingham Forest:

Ramsdale, White, Kiwior, Gabriel, Tierney, Partey, Odegaard, Xhaka, Saka, Jesus, Trossard
