Ozil And Bellerin To Start, Ceballos Drops Out: Arsenal’s Predicted Line Up To Face Leicester

The 1-1 draw against Vitoria on Wednesday night hasn’t helped to lift the pressure on manager Unai Emery heading into Arsenal’s clash with Leicester this weekend.

It was admittedly a much-changed team that laboured to a point in Portugal and the side that will line up versus Foxes will have a very different look to it.

In defence, Hector Bellerin is in line to make his first league appearance since January after being left on the bench midweek. The Spaniard will likely start alongside David Luiz, Sokratis and Kieran Tierney.

After being stripped of the captaincy, it is not known when Granit Xhaka will return and it would be a surprise if the 27-year-old took any part of the game on Saturday. That means Lucas Torreira will start alongside Matteo Guendouzi in the middle of the park.

Nicolas Pepe did not start against Wolves last time out in the league, and Emery will likely bring him back into the starting eleven. Mesut Ozil also looks set to return to the team.

With Dani Ceballos having picked up a slight injury on Wednesday, it would suggest that Ozil will be the one most likely to be selected tomorrow. The German could provide the ammunition for the likes of Pepe, Alexandre Lacazette and new captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Arsenal’s Predicted XI To Face Leicester:

Leno, Bellerin, Sokratis, Luiz, Tierney, Torreira, Ozil, Guendouzi, Pepe, Lacazette, Aubameyang
