Odegaard, Lacazette And Partey To Start, Aubameyang Out: Arsenal’s Predicted XI To Play West Ham

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will want his team to put the disappointing performance against Olympiakos behind them when they take on West Ham tomorrow.

Bernd Leno will keep his place in goal, but it is expected that Cedric will come in for Hector Bellerin at right-back after the Portuguese international was rested on Thursday night.

David Luiz could be dropped after a woeful display versus Olympiakos but Arteta may give him a chance to redeem himself as he has formed a strong partnership with Gabriel in recent games. Kieran Tierney is likely to continue at left-back.

In midfield, Thomas Partey will almost certainly come back into the team ahead of Mohamed Elneny, with Granit Xhaka alongside him. Despite Dani Ceballos looking decent on Thursday evening, Martin Odegaard is expected to be recalled to the starting lineup.

Up front, Pierre Emerick Aubameyang‘s profligacy in front on goal during the week may well see Alexandre Lacazette come back into the eleven. Nicolas Pepe continues to perform well so he may be given the nod again ahead of the jaded Bukayo Saka. Emile Smith Rowe will likely continue playing off the left flank.

Arsenal’s Predicted XI To Face West Ham:

Leno, Cedric, Luiz, Gabriel, Tierney, Partey, Odegaard, Xhaka, Pepe, Lacazette, Smith Rowe
