Arsenal remain locked in talks about extending Bukayo Saka’s contract, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Gunners have just announced that Gabriel has committed his long-term future to the club and, taking to Twitter, Romano said Saka could be the next player to put pen to paper on a new deal:

After his excellent performance against PSV Eindhoven on Thursday, former Arsenal defender Martin Keown paid tribute to the winger:
“Saka – every time I watch him play, he’s wonderful. He gets better every time. His upper body strength is first class, the way he runs past. He’s just swatting players now. He’s going from strength to strength.”
Saka’s outstanding form will mean there is extra incentive to get the 21-year-old tied down to a new contract as soon as possible.
The England international has been linked with Manchester City and Liverpool, while London rivals Chelsea have also been mentioned as potential suitors in recent days.
However, Saka is believed to be very happy at the Emirates and it’s now down to the player’s agent and the club to come to an agreement over personal terms. Hopefully, something will be sorted before the World Cup.
