Nullifying Sterling
Manchester United’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka played a perfect game against Sterling in the derby just before the season was suspended. He won the one-on-one battles with the City star and reduced his influence on the game.
Arteta selected Sokratis in his last game against West Ham and if the Greek were to start at the Etihad, he’d probably be torn to shreds. Although Hector Bellerin has struggled for form recently, his pace will be needed to ensure Sterling doesn’t get in behind too easily.
