Arsenal left-back Sead Kolasinac’s move to Bayer Leverkusen is expected to be completed in the “next 48 hours” according to the Guardian‘s Fabrizio Romano. The Gunners have reportedly agreed to sell the Bosnian international for €11m (£10m) plus add-ons:

Kolasinac is said to be keen on returning to Germany for personal reasons. The defender moved on a free transfer from Schalke three years ago but manager Mikel Arteta hinted earlier this month that he wouldn’t stop the player from leaving:
Arsenal do have a decent amount of cover on the left-hand side of the pitch. Kieran Tierney, Bukayo Saka and Ainsley Maitland-Niles can all fill in at left wingback, while the left-sided centre-half position can be covered by both Gabriel and Tierney.
It’s likely, therefore, that no replacement will be sought for Kolasinac, with the funds from his sale expected to be used in a bid for Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar instead.
