Arsenal are closing in on a move for Feyenoord attacking midfielder Orkun Kokcu, according to reports in the Turkish media.
It has been claimed that the Gunners are prepared to pay around €25m (£22m) for the 19-year-old with the player expected to leave the Netherlands this summer. Supporters on Twitter are not sure whether a bid for the Turkish Under 21 international would be a good idea:
He's average, definately not Arsenal material

It is true to Arsenal do have limited transfer funds so such a sizeable outlay on someone like Kokcu, who is relatively unproven, would be a big surprise.
The London club are believed to be keeping tabs on the playmaker, though, with some suggesting that the teenager could well be targeted as a potential long-term replacement for Mesut Ozil.
The German’s current contract at the Emirates expires at the end of next season, and he isn’t expected to sign an extension due to his hefty salary.
