Arsene Wenger is keen on the 16-year-old, along with several other notable clubs, who is tipped to be the next best thing in world football. The 16-year-old currently plays for Norwegian side Stromsgodset IF but looks set to sign his first professional contract with another club.

Already a full international with Norway, the attacking midfielder is a Liverpool fan and trained at Anfield during his visit of the Reds in the first week of December. He then went to Germany to visit the training facilities of Bundesliga Champions Bayern Munich.

However, it is unclear which team he wants to join after recently visiting the training grounds of Arsenal, and more recently Barcelona, according to Metro. Odegaard’s father reportedly is willing to visit as many top clubs as possible, before making a final decision with whom Odegaard will sign his first professional deal with.
