Arsenal Land Promising Young Player

Arsene Wenger has decided to bring in West Ham’s most promising player who is also part of England’s U16 team. Ben Sheaf signed a deal with Arsenal and is now a Gunner for the next couple of seasons. The young midfielder has impressed not only through his skill but also through his impressive athletic abilities. It is no wonder he is well above average when it comes to physical strength and stamina if you consider the fact that his family has several athletes in it. His mother and his two brothers have been features in Great Britain’s Olympic volleyball team which means the youngster has great genes.

According to Metro, West Ham were greatly disappointed after losing Sheaf who was seen as the team’s future leader. He turned down a new contract coming from the Hammers which made things even worse. Seen by most as the best young midfielder in the UK, the 16 year old seems to have made the smart decision. Wenger is known for its youth oriented approach when it comes to Arsenal’s starting line-up which is not something you can say about West Ham’s current managerial team.

Sheaf is set on continuing his national team performances and he is expected to start his training with Arsenal’s youth team. The Kent-born player will probably make his official debut during Arsenal’s U18 team’s friendly match later this month.
