Arsenal Ace Gets Nomination For PFA Award After Prolific February

Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was once again in excellent form in front of goal last month. The Gabonese international bagged himself three goals in three league games during February.

The Gunners star scored the opener in the 4-0 win over Newcastle at the Emirates, before putting in a man of the match performance with a brace in the 3-2 victory versus Everton.

In the narrow win against the Toffees, Aubameyang slotted the ball home neatly after a superb through ball from David Luiz to make it 2-1, and he then popped up with Arsenal’s third straight after half time, with a neatly taken header from a Nicolas Pepe cross.

The 30-year-old has certainly led by example in recent weeks, and he is more than deserving of his nomination for the PFA Player of the Month award.
