£40m Rated Belgian Playmaker Responds To Transfer Talk After Arsenal, United And Spurs Are All Linked

Youri Tielemans

Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans has said he will make a decision on his future at the end of the season.

The Belgian international is currently on loan at the Foxes from Monaco but the Premier League side don’t have the option to buy the 21-year-old.

When asked about his plans after scoring in the 3-0 win over Arsenal on Sunday, Tielemans replied:

“As for my future, we’ll see at the end of the season. I am just enjoying everything here and we’ll see after the next two games.”

“I’m doing my very best to play at a high level and I will keep going until the end of the season and finish the two games on a high.”

“We will see. I’m just finishing this season and we will see at the end. We are taking it game by game.”

Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham are all reportedly keeping tabs on the Belgian, with TV pundit Gary Neville having praised the midfielder for his performances since arriving at Leicester in January.

The former United defender hinted that many of the top six clubs would be looking at Tielemans, suggesting £40m could be enough to seal a permanent transfer.

The midfielder has made 11 appearances for Leicester, scoring three goals and contributing five assists. He had also performed well during the first half of the campaign for Monaco but fell out of favour under manager Leonardo Jardim.
