‘You Love To See It’ ‘The World Isn’t Ready’ Arsenal Fans On Twitter Anticipate Return Of Key Stars After Latest Injury Update

Arsenal have provided an update on the fitness of Kieran Tierney and Hector Bellerin ahead of their game against Eintracht Frankfurt tomorrow.

Both players have been declared fully fit, with Konstantinos Mavropanos also now back in full training. Rob Holding is not even mentioned in the latest update which suggests he is now ready to play.

Supporters on Twitter are hoping that at least one or two of these players will start in the Europa League:

Holding is the likeliest to start having been in full training for longer than Bellerin, Tierney or Mavropanos. Manager Unai Emery said before the draw against Watford that the defenders will require more game time at under 23 level:

“Maybe we can decide to play [Tierney and Bellerin] at the beginning with the U23s, to be ready with us. Maybe if they play with the U23s they can take confidence and then after play with us 100 per cent…”

“[Holding] earned matches with U23s. With more minutes with U23 he can be closer to give us his performance.”

With Holding having featured for the Under 23s against Leicester on Saturday, he should be in contention for the Europa League clash. Emery is expected to make changes and it would not be a surprise to see the centre-back in the starting line up.
