Xhaka And Ramsdale To Start, Pepe On The Bench: Arsenal’s Predicted XI To Play Spurs

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is expected to keep faith with Aaron Ramsdale in goal despite speculation that Bernd Leno could return for the North London derby.

In defence, the Gunners are likely to stick with the back four that kept a clean sheet against Burnley last weekend, with Ben White and Gabriel in the centre of defence, and Takehiro Tomiyasu and Kieran Tierney on the two flanks.

Granit Xhaka’s return from suspension will likely see the Swiss international come back into the starting lineup alongside Thomas Partey, with Martin Odegaard playing as the number 10.

The front three may consist of Bukayo Saka on the right, Emile Smith Rowe on the left, with captain Pierre Emerick Aubameyang leading the line. Nicolas Pepe could be the one to make way for the returning Xhaka.
