Arsenal have once again been linked with a move for Paris Saint-Germain attacking midfielder Julian Draxler. Reports in France claim the Gunners are closely monitoring the player, along with Hertha Berlin.
The German international has previously been mentioned as a target for the London club when he was at Schalke and Wolfsburg, and fans on Twitter are not sure signing the 26-year-old now would be the best idea:
Wow, is it 2014 already? ?

Tbh wouldn’t be a bad signing for 20m especially if arteta wants him a 4-3-3

We have been trying to sign Draxler for the past 6 years. He's a tough negotiator, I'll give him that.

Would be a good signing. Very technical, carries a goal threat and can play wide or as part of a midfield 3

Draxler’s record for PSG this season is not particularly impressive, having scored no goals in 19 appearances, although he has made a respectable seven assists.
He has spent some of the season on the sidelines with injury, while he has also struggled to get starts under manager Thomas Tuchel.
Draxler can play in multiple positions in midfield so manager Mikel Arteta may well see him as a useful addition to the squad, but there are question marks over whether Arsenal could afford his transfer fee and wages.
