Arsenal are interested in snapping up Sheffield United duo John Fleck and George Baldock, according to reports in the English media.
The Gunners see the Blades pair as targets for the summer transfer window, with the Yorkshire club unlikely to sanction a sale for either player this month.
It is believed that Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has been seriously impressed with both player’s performances this season, but it seems supporters on Twitter will take a lot of convincing:

@FtblDxve Why is Arsenal not going after talent from big clubs?
— Rehan Elahi (@Rehanposts) 21 January 2020
Come on!! With this logic Arsenal should be after Alonso, Milivojevic, Webster and any other dude that ever scored against us. Ffs, go out, meet people, have a life!! ???

Fleck’s contract at Bramall Lane expires in 2021, and if the 28-year-old doesn’t sign a new deal, Sheffield United may be forced into selling him next summer.
Baldock, though, only recently signed a new contract and the Blades will likely fight harder to keep their wingback, who has played every single minute in the Premier League. The 26-year-old has scored two goals and provided four assists in 23 league appearances so far this season.
