Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette scored an excellent opening goal as the Gunners secured a 2-0 win over Everton yesterday.
The London club had to battle for their fifth consecutive win in all competitions, with the Toffees having had the better of the first 45 minutes.
However, Lacazette’s goal ten minutes into the second half settled things down, and Gunners fans were delighted by the Frenchman’s display:

It’s fair to say that Unai Emery’s side are still a work in progress. Although they kept their first clean sheet of the season, Petr Cech was forced into a number of saves to keep the opponent’s out.
There is no doubt, however, about the team’s attacking potency. They have scored two goals or more in every game, bar the 2-0 defeat to Manchester City on the opening day.
Next up, they face Brentford at home in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening.
