West Ham have made a bid for Eibar midfielder Joan Jordan, according to Marca.
The Madrid-based publication reports that Arsenal, Sevilla, Valencia and Villarreal have all enquired about the 24-year-old but the Hammers have made the first move in the battle for the Spaniard.
Jordan has a release clause of just €15m (£13.4m) and Marca reports that Eibar may even be open to selling for a lower amount, with his contract expiring in just 12 months time.
Sevilla, in particular, are said to be very interested in securing the midfielder’s services with their sporting director Monchi hoping to beat West Ham and the Gunners for his signature.
Jordan joined Eibar from Espanyol for €1m in July 2017 and has firmly established himself as a key member of Jose Luis Mendilibar’s side.
Last season, he made 36 appearances in La Liga, scoring four goals and providing four assists, helping Eibar to a twelfth place finish.
