Wenger Confident His Team Will Improve

Arsenal have had one of their best season starts of the past decade. Their games is really coming together and their performances have exceeded expectations. The Gunners and their new found form are ready to take on the Premier League greats who have been dominating the past few seasons. The moments seems perfect for Wenger and his team as Manchester United, Chelsea and City have all made some important changes as far as management goes. The only team that is consistent and that might be a real problem for Arsenal are Spurs.

Wenger is well-aware that his team has not won anything in over 8 years and has been struggling to end that trophy less streak. Deciding to finally transfer a valuable and expensive player such as Ozil has given some hope to Gunner fans who were starting to doubt the Frenchman is still the right choice for the club. According to Metro, the fact that the German midfielder has perfectly integrated into the team and the fact that he is already contributing to their success confirmed Wenger’s brilliance. With a massive budget and a positive balance presented at the beginning of the season, Arsenal are still looking to improve their team.

The Gunners are looking to sign a world class striker that will put Giroud to the test. Even if the Frenchman managed some great performances this season, it still feels like Arsenal would do a lot better if they were more efficient in front of goal.

Fans are eager to see who will end up at the Emirates at the end of the first half of the season. If the Gunners manage to get someone as good as former target, Gonzalo Higuain, they could finally win a much needed trophy.

The team has reached a certain maturity which is kind of a paradox considering how young most of Wenger’s players are. Add to that the fact that Chelsea and United are not in the best of form and combine it with a lethal striker that may come during the winter transfer period and you get a team ready to win some major trophies this year.
