The moments seems perfect for Wenger and his team as Manchester United, Chelsea and City have all made some important changes as far as management goes. The only team that is consistent and that might be a real problem for Arsenal are Spurs.

Wenger is well-aware that his team has not won anything in over 8 years and has been struggling to end that trophy less streak. Deciding to finally transfer a valuable and expensive player such as Ozil has given some hope to Gunner fans who were starting to doubt the Frenchman is still the right choice for the club. With a massive budget and a positive balance presented at the beginning of the season, Arsenal are still looking to improve their team.
