The Gunners will surely appreciate the player’s dedication towards his new club even though some find it hard to believe that he was secretly an Arsenal fan while playing for Manchester.

Even so, Welbeck will be welcome to Emirates after one of Wenger’s most successful transfer campaigns ever. The young striker is going to be Arsenal’s main man at least until the end of the year given Giroud’s injury. If all goes well, the English international might even take the Frenchman’s place who is set to return in January.
