Borussia Dortmund are keeping close tabs on Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka’s contract situation, according to reports in the English media.
The teenager’s current deal at the Emirates expires at the end of next season, leading to claims that he could leave the Gunners. The likes of Liverpool, Manchester United and Bayern Munich have been mentioned as possible destinations.
However, it appears that Dortmund have now also entered the running, with the Bundesliga club having had success with recruiting young English players in the past. Fans on Twitter are confident Saka will snub interest from other clubs and sign a new contract:

I would sacrifice a signing if it means we get him signed on a long term contract

I really do think Saka will extend but with how good BVB's development of young players is, English – Sancho, it must be quite tempting for him to move.

Saka is reportedly on as little as £3,000 a week and Arsenal will almost certainly offer him a substantial wage rise even in the current financial climate. It has, though, be claimed that talks between the player and the club have not progressed with the Gunners focused on securing a salary reduction from the rest of the first-team squad.
