Arsenal injuries

Bukayo Saka

Arsenal will be without star striker Gabriel Jesus for the game against Spurs. This will not come as news to Gunners fans – the Brazilian has been out of action since early December after suffering a knee injury at the World Cup.

Arsenal will instead turn to Eddie Nketiah to play up top, as they have done for their past several fixtures. They will still miss Jesus, regardless of this – Nketiah has only scored twice in 15 Premier League games.

The Gunners will also be without Reiss Nelson, who could be out for a considerable amount of time. With his return date currently undisclosed, it’s unclear when he’ll return.

Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe are also minor doubts, but Mikel Arteta is confident in regards to their fitness levels. Whether they will play against Spurs, however, is a different story.
