Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – David Raya – the Spaniard does tend to get nervous in big fixtures but hopefully he can step up to the plate in this huge derby.
RB – Ben White – the fullback has been one of Arsenal’s best players in recent months, and he will need to be alert defensively on Sunday. Timo Werner isn’t the best finisher but he can be a pretty tricky player to handle with his pace.
CB – William Saliba – the 23-year-old hasn’t been on his game recently and it will be hoped that he can recapture his top form when he goes up against Son Heung-min.
CB – Gabriel – After a shaky few weeks from the Brazilian, he has looked more like his old self in the past two matches and he will have to be at his best to stamp out the threat that Son can pose.
LB – Takehiro Tomiyasu – Arteta has plenty of options at left-back, with the likes of Jakub Kiwior, Oleksandr Zinchenko and potentially Jurrien Timber all now in contention. However, Tomiyasu is the most consistent defender out of all of them, and Arsenal will need him to keep Brennan Johnson (or potentially Dejan Kulusevski) quiet.
