Arsenal are one of the dirtier teams in the Premier League according to the yellow and red card statistics this season. 

Defender Myles Lewis-Skelly was sent off during the Gunners’ disappointing 1-0 defeat to West Ham United over the weekend, in which a Jarrod Bowen goal was enough to leave Mikel Arteta‘s side with a lot of work to do in the title race.

The 18-year-old was dismissed after initially receiving a yellow card from referee Craig Pawson, it was reviewed and changed to a red card by VAR. It means that he will miss Arsenal’s next game against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday.

The red was Arsenal’s fifth red in the Premier League this season, which is the most red cards by any team, but how do they rank on total cards.
