We were weighing up whether to include the Frenchman or Nick Pope on this list but, with Burnley likely to demand £50m for their number one, he would be a very unlikely purchase.
Meslier would be cheaper, although how much cheaper it is open to debate. The 21-year-old still has lots of room to develop his game, although there are concerns about his lack of presence in the box.
