The Leicester midfielder is the Gunners’ number one target according to a host of different sources so it’s expected that an offer will be made for the player in the coming days and weeks.
Tielemans has a year left on his contract and multiple reports suggest a fee in the region of €30m (£25m) would be enough to secure the Belgian’s services.
