We have stumbled on an extraordinary set of stats – the link between tackles fouls and yellow cards. We are posting our first video abut the subject now and you can a taste of what we are on about in the video done by Tony Attwood below.

You would expect there to be a link between tackles, fouls and yellow cards, especially now that VAR has been introduced to the Premier League – and yet amazingly no one seems to be interested. In fact it is hard to find any data on these three issues anywhere either on official sites or elsewhere.

So along with our friends at Untold Arsenal we have started to look into the subject, and we are finding some very strange effects.
