Arsenal midfielder Dani Ceballos had an excellent home debut against Burnley yesterday. The Spaniard provided assists for both goals in the 2-1 win but his all-round play was also top drawer.
The 23-year-old signed on a season-long loan from Real Madrid last month, but the club don’t have the option to buy him. Fans on Twitter would love to see the player signed on a permanent basis based on this weekend’s display:
Spend out entire summer budget on him pls

It wasn’t just Ceballos’s distribution of the ball which was impressive, his work rate was excellent, and the way he won back the ball from Burnley to set up Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for the winner was great to see.
Supporters will be keeping their finger’s crossed that this is the level of performance that the midfielder will be putting in for the rest of the season. With a trip to Anfield next, we won’t have to wait long to find out if he can cut it in a high profile fixture.
