The Frenchman had a strong game on Thursday evening, despite the Gunners conceding twice in Portugal.
Saliba took his chance well to open the scoring and he also made a goal-saving tackle, but it wasn’t enough to earn victory against Sporting.
Aleksandar Mitrovic will lead the line for Fulham and Saliba’s task will be to keep the Serbian international quiet.
