Aaron Ramsdale put in a decent display on his debut against the Baggies and it means Leno now has genuine competition for his place in the starting eleven.
Arteta is unlikely to drop the German straight away, especially after performing well against Chelsea, but the club’s number one knows he will need to put in a string of good displays to remain number one.
