Brighton are holding out for a fee in the region of €40m (£34m) to €45m (£38.5m) for Arsenal target Yves Bissouma, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian journalist claims that the Malian international has been tracked by the Gunners for a number of “months” but, despite reports in Italy that a move to the Emirates is close to being finalised, it is believed that he is not the London club’s “priority” to strengthen in midfield:

Leicester’s Youri Tielemans is thought to be the primary target for Arsenal, and it is said that an approach for the Belgian is likely to be made in the very near future.
Other clubs, including Chelsea, Tottenham, Aston Villa and West Ham have been mentioned as potential rivals for Bissouma and it seems the Gunners are willing to let the 25-year-old join another team, as they focus their efforts on securing Tielemans’ signature instead.
