Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi has not handed in a transfer request, according to the Guardian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
There were reports in France yesterday that suggested the 21-year-old had formally asked to leave the Emirates but, when asked about the situation on Twitter yesterday, Romano replied:
No

Guendouzi is expected to be in the squad for the Carabao Cup game against Leicester this evening, but it is believed that the Gunners are still open to selling the Frenchman for the right price before the transfer window closes.
The midfielder was offered to Lyon as Arsenal made their first bid for Houssem Aouar but the Ligue One side were not interested in taking the France Under 21 international.
The likes of Paris-Saint-Germain, Valencia and Villarreal have all been mentioned as possible destinations for Guendouzi but, as things stand, there are no formal offers on the table for the player with deadline day fast approaching.
