Juventus are interested in a straight swap deal involving Weston McKennie and Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin, according to Calciomercatoweb.it.

Bellerin is almost certain to leave the Gunners at the end of the season and, with Juve currently struggling financially, it is believed that the Serie A side will look to offer a player in exchange to secure the Spaniard’s services.

McKennie had a fantastic start to life with the Bianconeri, having signed from Schalke on an initial loan deal at the start of the season. The American international has scored five goals and provided two assists in 31 league games but his form has tailed off in recent weeks.

With Juventus eyeing a summer clearout, it seems that the 22-year-old could well be sacrificed as they look to seal a move for Bellerin.

McKennie is valued at €30m (£26m), which is a sizeable increase on the €18.5m that Juve paid to sign him on a permanent basis in March, so we shall see whether Arsenal are happy about the player exchange.
