Arsenal are interested in Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira, according to Calciomercato.com.
The Italian website reports that the World Cup winner is also being tracked by Ligue One leaders Paris Saint-Germain, although the former Real Madrid star is said to be content to stay at Juve for the time being.
Khedira has suffered a number of injuries this season, including muscular problems and an ankle injury, which have meant that he has been restricted to just eight appearances so far this campaign.
The emergence of Rodrigo Bentancur has also prompted more speculation about the 31-year-old’s long-term future in Turin.
Much may depend on what sort of game time Khedira is afforded by manager Max Allegri when the German returns from his latest injury.
Juventus have a number of options in central midfield with Bentancur, Blaise Matuidi, Miralem Pjanic and former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can all vying for a spot in the Serie A champions’ starting eleven.
