Paris Saint-Germain have made Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin their number one target to strengthen at right-back, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The reliable reporter was asked on Twitter about PSG’s interest in the Spaniard this morning, and he said the Ligue One champions are prioritising a move for the fullback before the transfer window closes:

Recent reports have suggested that PSG have tabled a £30m bid for Bellerin, although it has not been confirmed whether the offer was formally rejected or not. Another well-informed journalist, The Athletic‘s David Ornstein, has also revealed that talks have been held between Arsenal and the French club about the 25-year-old, and it seems a move could well be on the cards.
The Gunners are reportedly willing to keep the right-back but there are in desperate need of funds to finance bids for other signings. Romano has also confirmed reports in France that PSG are in talks with the London club over a swap deal involving Matteo Guendouzi.
