Racism seems to be appearing more and more even in the Premier League as in the recent game at Tottenham vs Chelsea before Christmas where Antonio Rudiger reported hearing monkey chanting.

The game was stopped 3 times as a result of the supposed protocol but as Tony Attwood explains below the FIFA protocol which is one area where he actually agrees with FIFA was not followed.

Where do you sit on the racism issue? The episodes of racial abuse appear to be happening more and more in even the Premier League or is it just that people are more aware of the issue?

Either way as we enter the 2020’s racism must be put to bed. Should teams walk off and refuse to play to try and stamp out this horrific issue out? We can only hope whatever steps are taken by the FA and FIFA and UEFA are effective at ridding the supposed beautiful game of these horrendous racist episodes.
