Penalty save from England’s number one and Arsenal defender out of position

LB – Rayan Ait-Nouri, Wolverhampton Wanderers – The Wolves’ defender helped contribute to a seven-goal game with a goal and an assist for Gary O’Neil’s side.

CB – Jonny Evans, Manchester United – The 35-year-old was the highest-rated Manchester United player as the Red Devils kept a well-needed clean sheet against a tough Villa side.

CB – Virgil Van Dijk, Liverpool – Yet another clean sheet for what is statistically the best defence in the Premier League with just two goals conceded in seven games.


RB – Thomas Partey, Arsenal – Playing out of position, Partey created several chances for the Gunners linking up with Bukayo Saka who was Arsenal’s highest-rated player on Saturday.
