The Brazilian’s experience is valued by Arteta, but with Gabriel back fit and available, it will be interesting to see whether the older Brazilian keeps his place.
Luiz didn’t do a lot wrong defensively versus Palace, whilst also being very decent in possession, so it may be the case that he continues partnering Holding for now.
