Arsenal have reignited their interest in Juventus midfielder Arthur, according to a number of reports in the Italian media.
The Gunners tried to sign the Brazilian international on loan during the January transfer window, but the move collapsed after Juve were unable to find a replacement.
Other players, such as Youri Tielemans and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, have since been looked at by Arsenal as potential alternatives and fans on Twitter feel that the club should not go back in for Arthur now there are better options on the market:
Not this rumour again😂😂

We have been smart on this window! Good signs at a good price! I don't think we would be that stupid bring this guy! As a Brazilian, my guess is he is going back to Brazil soon and not to the Premier League.

£30m for Tielemans is a good deal, considering that we spend £20m on Lokonga. Why can't they just give it a go, there's the January window as well. Not like it's the end

End interest don’t want him rather have either Tielemans or Paqueta

Arthur is still believed to be available on loan but a deal would have to include an option to buy for around €30m (£25m). Considering Tielemans could be signed for pretty much the same amount, most supporters would probably favour going after the Belgian instead.
Journalist David Ornstein has, though, recently explained that the Gunners are only likely to sign another midfielder if somebody else leaves the Emirates first.
