Milan Want Campbell As Part Of Balotelli Deal

Mario Balotelli is high on Arsene Wenger’s agenda as the Frenchman seeks to add more attacking options available at his disposal for next season. The Italian is touted to leave the Serie A giants in the summer with the English Premier League his most likely destination.

According to Metro, Arsenal have reportedly tabled a bid to Milan for Balotelli, who is being offered wages worth £180,000-a-week. The Italian club want £27 million to part ways with the 23-year-old but Arsenal are not willing to spend so much.

In a new development, Milan have offered a possible solution of including Joel Campbell, starring for Costa Rica in the World Cup, in the deal which could lead to a reduction in Milan’s £27 million asking price.

Campbell is a talented striker who signed for Arsenal in 2011 but has spent the last three seasons on loan at different clubs to continue his development. Do you think Wenger should send Campbell in the other direction as part of the deal to bring Balotelli to the Emirates Stadium?
