Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney could be an Arsenal player as early as Tuesday, according to reports in the Scottish media.
The Gunners have so far struggled to come up with the £25m that the Hoops are demanding for the left-back but it is believed the London club have finally come up with a payment structure that is acceptable.
Tierney could possibly finalise his move before Celtic face CFR Cluj in a Champions League qualifier early next week. Supporters on Twitter are very excited about the reported breakthrough in talks:

With Nicolas Pepe’s £72m switch from Lille close to being announced, the transfer window is turning out to be a remarkably productive one for Arsenal.
Many fans were pessimistic earlier on in the summer but the arrival of technical director Edu appears to have moved the club’s recruitment into overdrive.
With Pepe, Ceballos and now possibly Tierney coming in, the squad is looking very strong heading into the new season.
