Latest Arsenal Injury Report: Updates On Kolasinac, Cedric And Tierney

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has raised doubts over whether Sead Kolasinac will play again this season after the Bosnian international injured his shoulder against Everton at the weekend.

The Gunners boss confirmed that the 26-year-old will undergo further medical examinations to determine whether he will need an operation:

“He is seeing the specialist and we’ll know more this afternoon. Hopefully, he can return, it depends if it’s dislocated and he needs surgery.”

Cedric Soares has yet to play for the London club since his arrival on loan from Southampton due to a knee injury. The Portuguese international will, however, be back in full training before the end of the month.

Kieran Tierney will also be back in action within the same timeframe. The 22-year-old dislocated his shoulder against West Ham in December, but his rehabilitation is reportedly progressing well.

Pablo Mari is now fit and available for selection. Like Soares, the Spaniard has not featured for the first team since being signed in January, but he could well be included in the squad to face Olympiakos this evening.

Calum Chambers remains on the sidelines with the defender only expected to return next season following an ACL injury he picked up in the defeat to Chelsea.
