Latest Arsenal Injury News: Updates On Odegaard, Zinchenko, Smith Rowe And 3 Other Players

Both Martin Odegaard and Oleksandr Zinchenko are expected to return from calf injuries soon after the international break.

There had been some concern that the pair may not be available to face Tottenham on October 1st, following remarks from Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, but it is believed the two players are hopeful of being in contention for the North London derby.

However, Emile Smith Rowe’s availability ahead of the match on Saturday week is less certain. The attacking midfielder is struggling with a groin problem that may not settle down anytime soon.

Cedric Soares has not been in the matchday squad for the last two games against FC Zurich and Brentford, with the Portuguese international said to be carrying a knock.

Reiss Nelson has still not returned to full training due to a muscular injury, while Mohamed Elneny is likely to be sidelined until the New Year with a torn hamstring.
