Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has certainly been living up to his £56m price tag in recent weeks.
The Gabon international has scored five goals and contributed one assist in his last three games.
Fans on Twitter believe Aubameyang is now living up to expectations:

Phenomenal goal scorer. Playing out of position and still getting stats like that

And people saying he has been average, what a nonsense

Crazy when you compare his numbers to Theo Walcott. Theo’s best Premier League numbers had him on 32 apps and 14 goals. Incredible really.

Since his arrival from Borussia Dortmund last January, the 29-year-old has had a very good record in front of goal.
In 21 appearances, he has racked up 14 goals, made five assists, being involved in a goal on average every 87 minutes.
Aubameyang did start the season slowly after failing to hit the back of the net in his first three Premier League games, but despite playing out wide to accommodate Alexandre Lacazette into the side, he is currently the club’s top goalscorer.
The forward will no doubt be a key figure if Unai Emery’s side go on to win a trophy or two by the end of the season.
