Arsenal full-back Kieran Tierney’s excellent recent form has led Gunners’ supporters to start comparing him to other left-backs in the Premier League.
Following Chelsea’s woeful display against Manchester City last night, some fans on Twitter were questioning the quality of Ben Chilwell, who cost the Blues £50m in the summer, and they have been debating the differences between Tierney and the England international:
It's not even up for discussion

Nice to finally see KT in back 4 not back 3.
Can really go up the pitch and show some proper quality

Tierney has been superb in recent weeks for the Gunners and, even at 23 years of age, it is clear to see that he has the leadership qualities to become captain of the club one day.
The Scotland international now has one goal and two assists in 16 league appearances this season, and he will hopefully go from strength to strength as the campaign progresses.
It has been a difficult couple of months for Arsenal but the performances of players like Tierney will certainly give fans cause for optimism about the future of the club.
